Baking

I baked my own birthday by using fondant for the first time! 
1. I baked two layers of red velvet cake 
2. Waited for it to cool, stacked one on top of the other, and frosted it with cream cheese icing.
3. I froze it over night. 
4. The next morning I took an icing brush and brushed the cake lightly with water.
5. I rolled the fondant into a circle and layer it right over the cake.
6. Cut out some flowers out of sugar sheet, added some pearl sprinkles and called it a day! :)
